Westbrooke and Westbrooke South neighborhoods are lovely, well-established subdivisions, near 87th Street and Switzer Road in Overland Park, Kansas. Built primarily in the mid-1950s, these neighborhoods have many ranch style homes, as well as split level houses, and feature very nice sized lots, with large trees. Many of the houses have been updated, with open floor plan living, and finished basements. In 2016, 39 houses sold in the Westbrooke and Westbrooke South neighborhoods, with an average sale price of $180,922. Westbrooke is near Strang Park, the Johnson County Central Resource Library, shops, and dining. Commuting south or north is easy and quick, since the neighborhoods have convenient access to both Highway 69 and I-35. Westbrooke is only a few miles from downtown Overland Park, which features a lively Farmers’ Market and local shops and dining, as well as Matt Ross Community Center.
